I am SO HAPPY that my project for young people and refugee children finally saw the light at The South Bank Centre last October. I have been working on it for a while with my amazing consultant (the one and only Max Reinhardt) and the wonderful Matthew Edwards who created the beautiful thoughtful design.

It is a massive deal for me to win the Songlines New Comer Award 2018. On top, the award was given  given to me by one of my sheros Fatoumata Diward.

I feel so grateful having almost all of my gigs sold out with standing ovations lately. It is both heartwarming and humbling. Kings place concert was a special one…thank you!
